Dick graduated from Glasgow, Montana High School in 1969.
He graduated in 1973 from St John's University with a Bachelor of Science in Humanities.
He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 1976.
He worked for the Montana Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services in Helena, Montana from 1976 to 1978.
He has been in private practice since 1978 in Hamilton, Montana.
Dick
focuses on Real Property, Water Rights, Commercial Litigation, Business
Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and all types of civil law.
He has taught numerous continuing legal eduction programs, including such topics as: Real Property Title Examinations and Title Insurance Liens on Real Property Mechanics of Civil Procedure Legal Ethics
In
association with the Ravalli County Economic Development Authority,
Dick teaches several courses a year for non-lawyers on a variety of
business law topics.
