Richard "Dick" Weber has been practicing law in Hamilton, Montana since 1978. 
He is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of Montana,
United States District Court for the District of Montana,
and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Dick is frequently appointed by the Court as a Settlement Master to assist litigants to resolve their cases.  He also serves as a Montana Supreme Court appointed appellate mediator.
